When complete, Yesler Family Housing will have 158 units of housing for low- and lower-income families, and 39 parking spaces. The development includes a childcare and early childhood learning center, resident community engagement areas, exterior courtyards and play areas, and community gardens. About 1,000 square feet will be dedicated to community-based commercial and retail services.
