The Shiloh project will provide 51,000 sf of affordable housing for individuals and families. The building design and services will support residents’ restoration for long term stability. Rents will be affordable for households at 30% and 50% of the area median income. Project amenities include a community room, outdoor gathering space, bike storage and shared laundry.
