North Lot is one of five visionary demonstration projects participating in Housing Development Consortium’s Exemplary Buildings Program. Located on the northernmost parcel of the Pacific Medical Center Campus, this project consists of 160 units of family-sized affordable housing units, several community services and support amenities, and a 10,000 square-foot childcare and early childhood learning center. It features low-flow plumbing fixtures, ceiling fans, Energy Star appliances, and 100% LED lamps and luminaires. The site also includes approximately 88 parking stalls.
