KWA 15th & Tacoma

This 88-unit, 64,166 sf project will provide affordable senior housing, including building design and services to support residents’ ability to age in place. With both studio and 1-bedroom units, some units will receive an operating subsidy through the HUD 202 program and others will receive project-based Section 8 vouchers. Units will also be set aside for veterans and homeless individuals. KWA will run their Senior Congregate Nutrition Service on the ground floor.
