The Filipino Community Village is a first-of-its-kind project, providing five stories with 95 units of affordable and low-income housing for seniors; 4,900 square feet of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) learning spaces; 21 parking spaces; and multi-purpose community areas for childcare, health screenings, and community meetings. The Village’s Innovative Learning Center is a state-of-the-art computer laboratory, providing technology access to community youth with dedicated programs for robotics and STEAM education.
