Uncle Bob’s Place

Uncle Bob’s Place is located in the heart of the International District at the notable intersection of King and 8th streets. This project is close to King Street Station and will include 6,500 square feet of retail space at ground level. This is an eight-story mixed-use building with seven stories of residential, above-ground floors with 126 affordable housing units. The unit mix consists of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. This project was made possible by city and county funding, low income housing tax credits, and community partnership and support.
