The expansion project for the Kin On Nursing Home, located in the Columbia City neighborhood of Seattle, includes the demolition of the first and second floors; a new parking lot, a 2,600 square-foot multipurpose space for exercise classes, workshops, and activities; a short-term rehabilitation wing; and overall tenant improvements for the affordable senior housing facility.
