NP Hotel
This historically significant building in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District was built in the early 1900’s. We originally renovated this run-down building in the mid-1990s after it was purchased by InterIm. We completed building renovations again in 2024, performing seismic, elevator, and energy updates to ensure the building operates more efficiently and is easier to operate. All 62 affordable housing units and one community kitchen include new finishes, creating a renewed space to live.
