Packard Building

The Packard Building is a six-story mixed-use apartment building located in Seattle at the heart of the Pike and Pine Triangle on Capitol Hill. The building consists of 56 apartment homes, including 11 unique loft units, 4 retail spaces, 5 mezzanine office spaces, and an underground parking garage.

The 3-story historic concrete facade walls were preserved during construction, while the rest of the building was demolished, and rebuilt to attach to the existing walls. Replicated historic windows were installed in the original window openings of the facade.

Amenities include a rooftop garden and deck, green wall, bike room, and controlled building and parking garage access. The project was awarded BuiltSmart Certification by the City of Seattle.
